The big feature of the High Performance Club is the Monthly High Performance Conditioning Camps.
These online training camps are the workouts designed to keep you in shape and ready for action 365 days a year. They are just like doing a pre-season strength & conditioning camp at an elite training facility, only you can do them at home or at your local gym!
With the start of March almost here, it’s a great time to get started with the March High Performance Conditioning Camp. Simply download the workout sheets, watch the online exercise videos and get started!

Competition Winner
Thanks to everyone who left comments on the blog for your chance to win a 12 month membership to the High Performance Club. There were some greats comments, but unfortunately I could only choose one winner.
And the winner is Garry Hoover. His story is a great example of why I love to do what I do…
“Hi Clayton…
Most “mid 40s+” dads I know have such a busy life just looking after family, home, career etc…leaving little time left to focus on fitness and surfing. Any time that is left over for these activities is very very precious and is not to be wasted.
Your functional workouts definitely help anyone make the most of that time….and the workouts have simply resulted in higher wave count and longer sessions and ability to compete for waves in crowded conditions on saturday or sunday mornings. The workouts are also fun and great value. What more could you ask for?
Specifically I found that your training systems worked to improve.
(a) Shoulder strength, flexibility and endurance….which in turn lead to huge improvements in paddling….the best bit was being able to stop using a longer thicker board…and going back to using a short performance board again…yay! and simply out paddling guys who haven’t been training).
(b) core strength and flexibility…which definitely helped with the surfing part of surfing….particularly in getting to your feet in steeper waves and challenging conditions.
I can’t thank you enough…you help us old guys feel young again!”

Thanks to everyone else who left some great feedback on the blog!
Make sure you check out the Surf ‘n’ Snow Fitness High Performance Club and hopefully I’ll see you on the inside!
Cheers,
Clayton
