Here’s how it works…

Complete the following 4 exercise circuit 2-3x through without resting between exercises:

  • Side to Side Jump x 20 reps
  • Swiss Ball Split Jacks x 40 reps (20 each leg)
  • Reverse Lunge to Hop x 10 reps each leg
  • One Arm Break Dancer x 10 reps each side

These exercises will help improve your leg muscle strength & endurance, paddle muscle endurance, agility, coordination and core stability which are all important attributes for surfers and snow riders…
