Forget doing hundreds of situps… Try this core complex finisher and feel the burn. Perform this core complex at the end of your workout just to finish you off 🙂
These core exercises will help develop functional core stability and strength so you will have a powerful torso for dominating in the surf or on the snow.

Core Complex Instructions…
Complete all three exercises in a row without resting, take 30-60 seconds then repeat.
- Break Dancers – 10 reps / side
- Swiss Ball Pike – 10 reps
- Dead Bugs – 10 reps / side
With all the exercises make sure you keep your core braced. You may find that trying to suck in your belly button throughout the exercises will help activate the correct muscles.
Remember core training is more than just busting out a few crunches every day. You need to be training core stability, rotary stability and rotary power for surf and snow sports.
