7 Exercise Resistance Band Workout for Surf & Snow Athletes

If you are away from home for work or play, it doesn’t mean you need to let your workout gains go out the window. Pack a looped strength band in your bag and you can bust out this short, effective workout to stay in shape.

Do the exercises in a circuit with minimal rest (if any) between exercises. Do 10-20 reps of each exercises and repeat the circuit 2-4 times. Once you are finished, don’t forget to take a selfie and post it on instagram.
